It's just not the same....

In recent weeks, the Cardinals have taken over almost all of our evenings. Supper, followed by a pot of decaf and some yummy seasonal creamers and we settle in to watch the Cards power their way through the competition. Well tonight I am watching the end of this game alone. Paul is out with the boys, eating wings and probably enjoying the rest of the testosterone in the restaurant...but I'm not enjoying it near as much as if he were here with me. Game 7, series is tied, game is tied at the top of the 9th...winner goes to the world series! Pretty exciting....just wish Paul were home.
