We are getting closer

Paul and the kids have been working very hard trying to prepare for the big concrete pour this weekend! I guess it's all about the preparation. What I thought should take one weekend has turned into a summer project. Paul is very detailed and I am certain this will be the best patio ever created by a father and his 2 children. Although the kids thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the measuring, cutting, and drawing on the wood, I think Paul is about at the end of his rope. He may want this thing done more than me....just so he won't have to listen to me nagging anymore! :) (i know what you are thinking "Who? Cassie? Nagging?") So it is framed up and Paul brought home a truck load of rock to dump in there tonight. 2 more truckloads and we should be ready for pour #1 on Saturday morning! I'm sure there will be more photos to come....
